Flat rate shipping is available on NZ orders only. Shipping is charged at $3.90 per delivery for most orders. In extreme cases where your order is over 5kg you may be required to pay additional shipping costs. All international shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on NZ Post standard tracked shipping rates. 

All orders are packed and processed by hand so please keep in mind that processing time may vary between 1-7 days depending on order volumes. 

All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand and we make sure everything is packaged securely so your order arrives safely.  

Once shipped, estimated shipping times are:
New Zealand 3 - 8 working days
Australia 5 - 12 working days
International 7 - 20 working days

Please keep in mind, these shipping times are estimated. Packages may arrive sooner, or later, depending on your location and postal services. 

Please take care when imputting your shipping address as we do not take responsibility if an order goes missing due to wrong information being given to us. 
If you have entered the wrong details, send an email to overlord@geekboutique.co.nz as soon as you are aware of the mistake and we will do our best to rectify the situation. 

In the unlikely occurrence that your package does not arrive during the estimated working days, and you care concerned, please contact us by email so we can try to trace your order or follow up with the postal carrier. 

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you require a refund or your item arrives damaged, send an email to overlord@geekboutique.co.nz and we will contact you with return details. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping will be at the customers expense. 

In the event that an item arrives damaged we will happily exchange the product with a replacement. You may be required to send photos of the damaged goods and arrange to send the item back to us at our cost.
